About Me
Washington State University (WSU) Graduate.. Go Cougs! During high school and college I installed carpet, vinyl, & tile to pay for college.  Being around interior decorators, artists, married to a classy lady for 32+ years and real estate since 1996 has given me a knack to help people stage their homes.

I graduated
with a Business Administration Degree in Marketing then joined Eveready/Energizer Battery Company for a 17 year career.  I was promoted to various district sales management and division management positions in the Bay Area, Chicago/Midwest, and Northwest.  I managed a very successful team of 19 sales people.  After leaving Eveready, I joined Kelly Services as their District Sales Manager, managing 12 salespeople.  In 1995 I decided to apply my experience in sales to real estate since I had been successful buying and selling homes during job transfers.  For 12 years I worked for Prudential Northwest Properties (formerly Stan Wiley Real Estate) as multi-million dollar performer.  I moved to Keller Williams, March 2007 to build on what I learned and achieve higher levels of service and success for my customers.  I am a full time real estate professional.

Volunteer - Assisted Living Center
I began volunteering at assisted living centers spending time with people in their twilight years. Through weekly Bible prayer fellowships people are reminded of the purpose for living, and about a hope that will never disappoint them. One lady, 104 years young, passed away in 2008.  Everyone in the home called her grandma.  She shined a  light in, what is for many, a dark time. Her prayers were always for others rather than herself.  I once asked the residents if they would like a break for the summer but they said they were not going anywhere so I decided to never stop visiting.  I have been volunteering at this for about 18 years.  I pray others will remember and learn from their grand folks because they need their involvement to make every moment worth living.

I attend a local c

Fort Vancouver U.S. Sail and Power Squadron
The United States Power Squadrons (USPS) represent more than 60,000 individual members joined together in over 450 squadrons with a common objective of good fellowship, service to the community, and the advancement of safe and fun boating. I teach the Piloting Class for the Squadron.  Anyone interested in boating on the Columbia River, Washington/Oregon coast, or islands of the Inside Passage should take the boat piloting classes for safety sake.  The U.S Power Squadron offers free vessel safety inspections, a good thing to do before the start of every boating season.  To arrange a safety inspection or see the course catalog go to the Fort Vancouver Squadron web site or call and I will introduce you to some very nice people.

My wife and I love our Jack Russell Terriers.  Meet Conan the barbarian and Spike the new pup in the family.  My wife and I have rescued several dogs in the neighborhood.  There are 1 to 4 neighborhood dogs that routinely stop by our home for food, and they usually tag along when we walk our dogs.
